Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Within the ordering process, you may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, our Refund Policy applies, including the 30-day no-reason return and exchange period, merchant-paid return shipping, stated exclusions, and 5–10 business day refund timing.

Shipping

To keep order information accurate, we deliver only within the United States, provide free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, process orders in 1–2 business days, and estimate 4–6 business days in transit. A tracking number is provided after shipment.
